A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K-12 students with diverse communication needs in a dedicated school setting. This contract position runs through June 4, 2026, offering the chance to make a significant impact in the academic and social development of students across all grade levels.

- Ashland, Oregon
- Jackson County schools
- In-person work only (no virtual services)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and progress monitoring
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon SLP licensure required
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Experience working in school settings with a K-12 caseload
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and adapt to individual student needs
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Contract duration: Current school year through June 4, 2026
